- One business day for support@. Same-day for hello@ if it lands before 16:00 CET. Saturday + Sunday we ignore unless your shop is on fire.
- Which languages can you handle?
- English, French, Spanish, and Mandarin natively. Italian and Portuguese over email (we write back in English unless you prefer otherwise).
- Do you have a phone number?
- No, by design. Async email keeps the support quality even and lets us actually look at your logs instead of guessing on a call. For paid consulting engagements we set up video calls.
- Where are you legally based?
- Madrid, Spain. YCY Consulting and Investment SL, NIF B22450688, registered with the Madrid Commercial Registry. We invoice with EU VAT handling.
