This Legal Notice is published in compliance with the duties imposed by Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and applies to neuroplugin.com, all sub-domains, and any software products distributed under the Neuroplugin brand (including, without limitation, NP Rewards Pro, NP SEO Pro, and NP Filter Pro).

neuroplugin.com is the corporate site of YCY Consulting and Investment SL. The site is used to distribute commercial PrestaShop, Shopify, and WordPress modules under the Neuroplugin brand; to publish technical articles, release notes, and merchant guides; and to allow customers to contact the publisher for licensing, support, and consulting. The site does not sell physical goods.

3. Use of the site

By accessing the site, the user agrees to use it in accordance with the law, this Notice, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy, and not to use the site for purposes that may damage the publisher, third parties, or the proper operation of the site.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, software source code, compiled binaries, images, logos, layouts, design, sound, video, and database structure) is the property of YCY Consulting and Investment SL or of its licensors and is protected under Spanish and international copyright, trademark, and database protection regulations.

The “Neuroplugin” name and logo, the “NP” prefix used by the product family, and the visual identity of the published modules are trademarks of YCY Consulting and Investment SL. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other use not expressly authorized is prohibited.

5. Liability

The publisher excludes any liability arising from interruptions, failures, or errors in the site or in the modules to the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law. The publisher's liability for the licensed software is governed by the End User License Agreement that ships with each module.

The publisher is not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from the site.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of the site or the licensed software will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
